How long does it take to receive my print?
It can take 5-7 business days for production and then 3-7 days for standard shipping or 1-3 days for rush shipping.
How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?

GICLÉE CANVAS DETAILS

How am I able to choose the size of my canvas? Is the artwork I’m receiving a replica of Ashley’s artwork?
When ordering a print in the size of your choice, the artwork you are receiving is a giclée replica of Ashley’s artwork custom made to order for you upon purchase. We have found that most people, when looking for artwork to fit their home, have a set space to fill. We want to satisfy our clients specific needs and in order to do that, we offer all of Ashley’s work in custom dimensions made to order.
What is giclée?
Giclée is a medium used to create a high quality fine art reproduction, for the purpose of making individual copies of artwork in custom dimensions.
What kind of laminate/protection do you add to the canvas?
Every canvas is treated with an ultra-protective UV-matte laminate. This means your print will never crack, flake, fade or bubble.
What if I want to buy the original?
Original art typically comes at a much higher price point, but you are more than welcome to contact us at any time to inquire about buying an original piece. Ashley does set aside limited slots for custom paintings as well. You can inquire by clicking "Order Custom Art" in the website menu.

What if I am unhappy with my print?
Contact support@canvaspop.com, tell them why and let them recreate it for you. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction.
My print has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
We make every effort to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. That said, sometimes things happen. Hold on to the packaging, take pictures of damage and contact support@canvaspop.com right away.

PRINT CARE AND USE

Can I hang my artwork outside?
Although our pieces are treated with a UV limiting laminate, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, while we use a water-resistant coating it is not 100% waterproof and weather conditions could affect the presentation of your piece.
Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.
Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.
How do I clean/maintain my canvas?
The best way to clean the canvas is with a dry soft duster. You can also use a slightly damp cloth on the face of the canvas, but don’t scrub!

SHIPPING

I need my print by a certain date. What do I do?
Please keep in mind that all prints are made to order and require standard production and shipping time. If the date is particularly soon, you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Please indicate this in the notes section of your order and contact support@canvaspop.com with your order number after you place your order to confirm details.
What are your shipping options?
Both standard and rush shipping are available for our giclée prints. With standard shipping, you will receive your order within 10-15 business days. If you need it in a hurry, select rush shipping and your order will arrive within 7 business days (if applicable).
Who do you ship with?
All prints are managed through CanvasPop. They ship using the best carrier available for a given destination and delivery timeline.
